With 3 iconic buildings part of their portfolio, boasting with historical significance, Hosken Consolidated Investments Limited (HCI) moved into the lower cost/affordable rental space. As a result, the LiveTheCity brand was created to compete in this competitive space.

LiveTheCity needed to establish a strong online presence and prepare for their marketing activations in a competitive market. The first step was creating a website, followed by social media posts, flyers, Property24 banner ads, billboards, and other promotional materials that complemented the brand launch. The target audience was young and new to the rental market, with AFHCO serving as the benchmark for LiveTheCity. The brand takes a fresh approach to storytelling with bold copywriting, typography, and colors, and each building’s historical significance is highlighted through a tailored color scheme and copy.
